One. ensure that all equipment in the control cabinet is well grounded. It is best to use short and thick wiring to connect to the grounding bus cable to prevent safety problems. Any equipment connected with the frequency converter shall be grounded together, and the grounding shall also use short and thick wires, so that the equipment can be used better.
Two. when the control cabinet is running, it is generally in a noise sensitive environment. Filters can be used to reduce interference and achieve the effect of low noise. However, when installing the filter, we should pay attention to the good contact between the filter and the mounting plate.
Three. it is better to enter the signal line of the control cabinet from one side to avoid confusion of the line and affecting the use. Both ends of the shielding layer of the signal cable are grounded. It is best not to use long cables if not necessary. Analog and digital signal transmission in the control cabinet shall be shielded and wired separately. Do not use signals in the same cable tray, which will affect signal transmission.
Four. the motor cables of the control cabinet shall be wired independently to avoid long-distance wiring with other cables. If the control cable crosses the power cable, it is better to make an angle of 90 degrees to ensure the long-term use of the cable, otherwise it will affect the operation of some equipment.
Five. the grounding bank and conductive rod in the control cabinet shall be on the beam and close to the cable gland to protect the cable connectivity and realize signal transmission.
Six. the panel with monitor shall not be installed near the cable, such as transformer, contactor, etc., Because they will produce a strong magnetic field and affect the normal use of the display.
Seven. the control components and power components of the control cabinet must be installed separately, because different components have different installation requirements. If they are installed together, it is easy to install incorrect components.
