Type of distribution cabinet

The power distribution cabinet (box) consists of power distribution cabinet (box), lighting distribution cabinet (box) and metering cabinet (box), which are the final equipment of the distribution system. Distribution cabinet is a general term for motor control center. The distribution cabinet is used in occasions where the load is relatively scattered and the circuit is less; Motor control center is used for occasions with concentrated load and many circuits. They distribute the electric energy of a certain circuit of the upper level distribution equipment to the nearby load. This level of equipment shall provide protection, monitoring and control for the load.

Main switchgear type:

Low voltage switchgear includes GGD, GCK, GCS, MNS, xll2 low voltage distribution box and XGM low voltage lighting box.

Main differences:

GGD is fixed, GCK, GCS and MNS are drawer cabinets. The drawer pushing mechanism of GCK cabinet is different from that of GCs cabinet and MNS cabinet;

The main difference between GCS and MNS cabinets is that GCs cabinets can only be used as single-sided operation cabinets with a depth of 800mm, while MNS cabinets can be used as double-sided operation cabinets with a depth of 1000mm.

Advantages and disadvantages:

The withdrawable cabinets (GCK, GCS, MNS) are more local, easy to maintain and have more outgoing lines, but the cost is expensive;

The fixed cabinet (GGD) is less than the outgoing circuit and covers a larger area (if the place is small and the fixed cabinet cannot be made, it is recommended to make a drawer cabinet).
