PVC trunking is equivalent to a kind of circuit protection material. It is often to pass the wires through the PVC trunking and then properly handle the PVC trunking. In this way, the trunking itself has the characteristics of insulation, arc prevention, flame retardant and self extinguishing, and plays the role of mechanical and electrical protection for the wires laid in the electrical appliances within 1201v voltage. On the other hand, using it can not only protect our personal safety, but also play a great role in repairing, maintaining and storing wires.

Installation method of PVC trunking

PVC trunking installation methods mainly include four methods: suspender or supporting bridge is used in the ceiling, bracket bridge is used outside the ceiling, bracket plus fixed groove is used outside the ceiling, and exposed installation on the wall. There are four installation methods. Each installation method has the advantages, disadvantages and precautions of each installation method. In different situations, we should choose different methods to install reasonably. This is the best.

Installation skills

When using brackets, we usually install a bracket at about 1m, and when using fixing slots, we usually install fixing points at about 1m. The fixed point is where the slot is fixed, and the interval is set according to the size of the slot:

1. For 25mm * 20mm-25mm * 30MM trunking, one fixing point shall have at least 2 fixing screws and be arranged horizontally.

2. For trunking above 25mm * 30MM specification, one fixing point should have at least 3 fixing screws in ladder shape, which will make the stress points of trunking distributed.

3. In addition to the fixed points, two holes shall be drilled every 1m or so, and the twisted pair shall be penetrated. After the wiring is completed, all twisted pairs shall be bound

4. If PVC trunking is installed on the wall surface, the spacing between the fixed points of the trunking is generally 1m. There are two fixing methods: nailing screws directly into the cement and nailing screws with plastic expansion pipes first

5. The wiring mode of horizontal and vertical trunk lines is the same, and the difference is nothing more than one horizontal and one vertical.

Installation precautions

During the installation of PVC trunking, we should pay attention to the following precautions:

1. During construction, avoid wall cracks caused by chiseling and damage to wall structure. During laying, it shall be changed according to the number of wires in the pipe. There shall not be more than four wires in the same pipe. It is forbidden for the wires to occupy all the space in the pipe. Air conditioning, lighting and sockets shall be controlled separately, generally at least four ways. Lighting goes all the way, air conditioning goes all the way, and sockets go three to four ways. Because this is conducive to the normal work of other routes.

2. The distance between the power line and the telephone line and TV line shall be greater than 50cm, and the pipeline shall be fixed with the structure. Junction boxes shall be installed at all switches, sockets and lamp positions. In addition, if the pipeline is too long or turns too many, a junction box shall be set at a certain distance. No wire connector is allowed in the pipeline. At the bend of the wire protection pipe, the supporting bending tool or supporting elbow shall be used, and there shall be no folds. Therefore, the distribution control switch shall be reasonably configured according to the specification requirements.

3. During construction, the pipeline should be installed first, and then the wire should be threaded, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the wire can not be twitched when changing the wire in the future.

4. After installation, don't forget to ask for an electrical diagram, so as to facilitate future maintenance.
